Great Pizza Needs Three Things ...

We all know that making great thin-crust pizza is more of an art than it is a science. 

The dough must be prepared the day before, allowed to sit and to rest, before being stretched paper-thin and then baked in a very hot oven.

Luckily, we have the three key ingredients for great pizza: authentic, quality, ingredients; a gas and wood fired pizza oven; and pizzaiolo Gianluca!

With the current restrictions we've ordered in extra flour and now have enough to make pizza dough for the entire month of August.

Book online

Our online real-time booking system can be used to book tables for each night the restaurant is open. 

Simply go to the booking page, enter the number of guests and the day/time - and the table availability will be checked immediately.

If a table is available then simply enter your contact details to secure your booking. Easy!
