- Eggs Benedict: poached free-range eggs on a toasted muffin, with a hollandaise sauce, with either:
smoked salmon $19
- French toast with poached pears, a berry compote, and maple syrup.
- Fresh-baked Croissant, served with French ’Bonne Maman’ jams
