​Thai Cooking with paula

​2017 sees us launch a new set of Cooking Classes - this year a series of hands-on classes focusing on the food and flavours of Thailand.

The classes are hosted by Paula Kilkelly, who rose to national prominence in 2013 by appearing in the final of Masterchef New Zealand. 

The Thai Cooking Classes will be small, hands-on, events held in the Comida kitchen. Participants will not only learn about the food, flavours, recipes amd techniques, they will also be able to sit down and enjoy the dishes with Paula and the others.
The classes are suited to a range of participants - from total beginners, to enthusiastic home-chefs, even to professionals looking to broaden their culinary skills.

​The final class is:

  • ‘Advanced Thai Cuisine’ Sun the 21st of May

We will be cooking as a group and enjoying our meal together. You will receive a class of wine or beer and our dinner will be finished with a coconut sorbet for dessert. All recipes will be provided.

​The cost is $95 per person and includes recipes, notes, the hands-on tutorial, a shared Thai meal, and a complimentary glass of wine. They are held on Sunday, from 5pm to 8pm.
