- Pappardelle with pulled pork ragu, a rich tomato sauce, crumbled feta, smoked paprika and spinach.
- Linguine con Vongole: linguine with Golden Bay little-necked clams, tomatoes, garlic, white wine, and fresh herbs.
- Note: To substitute gluten-free pasta please allow an extra 10-15mins.
- Seafood Paella: classic Spanish-style with
saffron, rice, squid, prawns & mussels.
Dinner Mains: Wednesday-Saturday, 5:30pm - 9pm
- Confit duck leg with roast beetroot, wild watercress and fennel with orange vinaigrette.
- Fish of the day: please ask for today’s fish dish and matching seasonal produce. It changes daily depending on catch.
- Slow cooked lamb rump with pan-fried feta and rosemary polenta, a citrus pea salsa, and Greek-style yoghurt.
- Scotch fillet (200g) with a potato and herb rosti, spring vegetables, smoked portabello mushroom jus.
- A leafy salad with balsamic roasted red onion, apple and Italian pecorino cheese.
- Duck-fat roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary.
- Roasted winter root vegetables tossed with butter and herbs.
