- Pappardelle pasta with pulled pork ragu, a rich tomato sauce, crumbled feta, smoked paprika and spinach.
- Linguine con Vongole: Linguine pasta with small-necked clams, garlic, white wine and Italian parsley.
Please Note: Gluten-free (rice and corn flour) pastas can be substituted, but please allow an extra 10-15mins cooking time.
- Braised Pork Belly with buttery parsnip puree, puy lentils, and a star-anise jus.
- Seafood Paella: a classic Spanish-style dish made with saffron, rice, squid, prawns and mussels.
- Fish of the day: please ask for today’s fish dish. It changes daily depending on season and catch.
- Slow cooked lamb rump with baked herb and parmesan polenta, a citrus pea salsa, and an emulsion of Greek-style yoghurt with extra-virgin olive oil.
- Pan fried Halloumi with roasted pumpkin, rocket and walnut, and a basil-pesto
