- Confit duck leg with risotto bianco, fennel, wild watercress and an
apple cider jus.
- Fish of the day: please ask for today’s fish dish and matching seasonal produce. It changes daily depending on catch.
- Slow cooked and pressed lamb shoulder with creamy polenta, toasted pine nuts, wilted spinach and a red wine jus.
- Sous vide Scotch fillet (200g) slow cooked to a perfect medium, with crushed potato, wilted greens, roasted mushroom and horseradish cream.
- A leafy salad with balsamic roasted red onion, apple and Italian pecorino cheese.
- Duck-fat roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary.
- Roasted winter root vegetables tossed with butter and herbs.
